I love seeing strong engineers join Databricks, get access to all the AI dev tools, ask AI everything on day 1, and land impactful PRs on day 2.
Before AI: 2 weeks with an onboarding buddy, reading design docs and the codebase, just to land a tiny patch on week 3.
