It was never delivered (thanks @DHLGlobal).
Bot submitted a refund request to the company, including contacting the DHL.
Bot tracked the delivery, followed up with the merchant and just now notified me that the refund appeared back on my credit card.
It’s automating the worst part the shopping experience: refunds & returns.
