GPU 算力提前锁定成转售生意
听一位 neolab 的朋友说： “即使我们没能训练出最好的模型，我们也很早就锁定了 GPU 算力。此后 H100/B200/B300 的租赁价格上涨了 2–3x。我们只要转售算力就能赚大钱。” 好吧，这就是商业模式。

“Even if we fail to train the best model, we locked in GPU capacity early. H100/B200/B300 rental prices have since gone up 2–3x. We can just resell the compute and print money.”
