我认为人们觉得 OpenAI 和 Anthropic 因为 AI 做得太好，就仿佛不是普通公司，不会遭遇高增长带来的常见问题，但它们同样无法免疫于困扰快速成长企业的那些不可避免的政治、失能与混乱。
I think people believe that OpenAI and Anthropic, since they are so good at AI, are also somehow not normal companies that suffer from the normal problems of hypergrowth, but they are not immune from the inevitable politics, disfunction and confusion that haunt fast-growing firms
