I am already using Hagglebot by Grok Bot for 2 very large clients. We have found 100s of late “guaranteed” shipments from overnight services and using @Grok @Bot to deal with it on their chat system on their website.
I suspect the saving will be in the 10s of $1,000s of dollars!
