I am adding new use cases to Grok @bot daily.

Kitchen - gives me recipes to match what I have in stock and ordered instacart for the rest.

Inbox - alerts me to high priority emails as they come in from all of my inboxes and drafts (but never sends) responses.

Scheduling - reviews all of our calendars and flags anything missing, conflicts, coverage for our dog, etc. If I need to find time for something it finds the best time for me.

Errands - Muse-type tasks - reservations, etc.

Tasks - manages my Asana

Research - dedicated to more deep research as needed.

Chief of Staff is a single point of contact to make sure everything is operating harmoniously.
