Claude 新增滥用行为处罚政策
不要再对 Claude 模型有任何滥用行为了。 主要处罚方式是 Claude 结束对话，它已经可以对 Claude[.]ai 和 Claude Code 上持续滥用的用户这样做，而不是封禁账号。 不过，由于这现在已纳入使用政策，针对政策违规的常规处罚（限流、暂停或终止）原则上仍可能适用。
Do not show any more abusive behavior towards Claude models.
The main enforcement is Claude ending the conversation, which it can already do with persistently abusive users on Claude[.]ai and Claude Code, rather than an account ban.
However, since this is now part of the Usage Policy, general enforcement for policy violations (throttling, suspension or termination) could in principle still apply.
